We're taking five founding clients this October. You get the founding rate, and you keep it for as long as you stay with us. No setup fee.
Month one is a trial, both ways. If month one doesn't earn month two, you shouldn't be paying for month two.

What do you need from me?
A couple of hours on each shoot day, access to whatever we're filming, and a yes or no within about two days when something needs approving. That's it.
Do I have to come up with the ideas?
No, that's our job. But if you've got an idea you want to try, tell us. We'd rather hear it.
Will I see things before they go out?
Yes. Everything comes to you first, with one round of changes on every post. Nothing goes anywhere without you.
Do you post it for me?
No. We hand everything over ready to publish and tell you when. Your account stays yours, and so do your logins.
Do you reply to my comments and DMs?
No, that's yours. You know your customers better than we do, and a reply from the actual business beats a reply from an agency every time.
How often do you come and shoot?
Once or twice a month. We batch it so your team isn't disrupted and so you're not being filmed every week.
When do I get the posts?
One to three working days for anything urgent, three to five for everything else, counted from the shoot. If we're waiting on your feedback, the clock pauses.
Who owns the videos?
You own the finished videos. We use the work in our portfolio.
How will we know it's working?
We guarantee how much, how fast and how good. We don't guarantee sales, followers or going viral, because nobody honest can. What you'll see is a feed that finally looks like the business behind it.
Do you travel?
Klang Valley is included. Anywhere further, we'll quote the travel up front.
